new berserker won't load runes

I got my controller today downloaded the berserker app and did a firmware update but when I try to put a rune pack in it I get a EEPROM memory failed on the app when its verifying it. I tried download every thing again and starting over but got the same results. I also noticed when its programing it rapidly presses the left trigger. just trying to find a fix before I write a support ticket and send it back.

I had got that same message last night also! I had just started over and loaded vrp file again then it worked!

I have tried over and over with the same results. I have even tried different rune packs same error.

Nope no magical fixes. Sounds like a hardware problem to me. Better get in touch with support.
