I'm not really a noob...only to this forum however there's a lot I've ignored over the years so...

What does it mean when someone posts "Free 10th Lobby" for example?

It means that if you give him your GT he'll invite you to a modded lobby to give you 10th presteige on whatever cod he was doing. I don't remember which one it is...

its cod4 and im willing to do it for you to be honest i think its kind of fun cause ill give you infections too

Infection= mods on the game until you turn off your console or return to the xbox dashboard
