Odins Raven Left Tac Switch

i have just recieved my Odins Raven and i am having a few problems with it. For one, the tac switches will not work properly. I push the left tac switch in aND 95% of the time it will not even turn on, and the modes wont cycle properly. Please help me with this. Is there a way that i can send the controller back and you can fix it? the viking also will not program, and when i put it in the bootloader, i hit open game, select the he file, and i hit program, and it says program started, but it never finishes. please help me with this as well, im reLLY looking forward to this. i got it for a graduation gift, and my parents will be really upset if something that cost $200 doesnt work

1st off, where did you buy your controller from?
secondly, how long ago did you recieve your controller?
third, did you drop your controller or do anything that may have caused it to malfunction?
(be honest, it may help us fix your problem, and if you have to send it in, those fixing it up can tell if something happened to it)

lastly, did you send in a support ticket detailing your problem?

First, we bought the controller from here - http://viking360.com/. Second, we received the controller today(6/10/2010). Thirdly, no one dropped anything. And yes we did send a ticket. For some reason the left tac switch doesn't work properly.

have you tried reflashing the controller with a new driver?

I'm baffled. We'll wait for the controller to come back. Either some of the internal wiring is completely screwed up, or the customer is completely confused on how to use this thing. We'll know for sure when it gets to the shop.
