Just recieved my Odin's Raven controller and i want to reprogram it to one of the drivers and i can't get it in programing mode. do i have to snyc to my xbox first or can i do it without doing that first.please help.

Hold the right tact switch and put batteries in, then press the guide button to turn it on, now the bottom 2 leds should go out, you can now let go of the tact switch and it should be in programming mode. If it doesn't work, try just turning it on normally holding the right tact switch.
