It takes 5 working days anyway to build but I think there a little behind. Odingalt will see this to help you out. Be patient it will come!

Did the help desk ticket, but no reply from that.

-Order was placed on 11/5/2014.
-Order was shipped on 11/12/2014, within the promised 1-5 business day processing window.

Please remember all controllers are built to order. Orders are processed in the order in which they were received.

-You wrote your ticket on Saturday November 8th at 12:45PM when our shop is closed. We are closed on the weekends.
-We responded to your ticket on Monday, November 10th at 12:39PM (about 4 1/2 hours after the shop opened). As you can imagine, we usually have a very huge pile of tickets every Monday, so we usually spend the first few hours of every Monday responding to tickets that piled up over the weekend. If you did not receive the ticket response in your inbox, then check your spam or junk folder.

Closing this thread as this was a non-issue and is resolved anyway.
