Perfect no scope

I have been reading around the forums, I don't know if I'm blind or what but where do I get the Perfect no scope, like where can I download it so I can add it to my odins raven controller?

Just open up the editor and there will be a mode called onetouch no scope

Its more of a quickscope, but yes

No, what it is is when you tap the left trigger (or whatever button used to aim with) the scope will zoom in and shoot as soon as the cross hairs are pulled up. It takes some time to get used to but once you get the feel for it, it works great!

Well, obviously since I am pro at quick scopeing already this would be of no use to me.......
