Perfect Quickscope?

With the release of the new update, quickscoping is SOMEWHAT back. Can anybody make a macro that uses a perfect quickscope? In other words, it scopes in, waits until after the little wave, and when the scope hits center it fires?

You can just record yourself and speed it up in the editor.

At any rate, I am going to be making quickscopes because it has been highly requested, so feel free to make your own or use mine, I will be making it today or tomorrow.
