Please help my macro stuck in the 2 blue led sync mode

my macro is like stuck in the 2 blue led sync mode. i took the batteries in and out and it just keep popping up the sync mode. like its stuck in programming mode no matter if i plug into xbox or pc

Sometimes if you plug controllers sync cable out and in then the button again it grabs to sync.....try that to see if it works!
