If they can figure out how to print with the liquid good using different colors... you could eventually see $99 3D printers with very high accuracy with this kind of technology. Basically I can't believe Epson/Lexmark/etc. haven't already teamed up to try to get into 3D retail. I think the reason is that the "big boys" (Strata, 3D Systems) hold all of the patents and probably spend most of their time suing the crap out of 3D start-up companies to maintain their monopoly on 3D printing.
