If it says a PM is still in the outbox, has it gotten to the other user? Or is it like stuck sending? i'm confused.

When a message is in your outbox as opposed to your sent box, it means the message has NOT yet been received by the user your sending it to, i.e. they haven't logged in since you sent it.

It just means the person has not opened it yet.

Viking360 dropped all customizations and etc. I don't think odingalt will supply you with macro mod chips either. If you want to buy some black macro controllers and customize them and sell them yourself, you may, but not on the forums. No selling, buying, or trading on the forums.
