Enemeone this post below is NOT targeted at you, it just seemed like this thread was a good place to make my post:
This week has been, by far, the worst week I have ever had in terms of nasty customers who expect their order to ship same-day. We've received 12 tickets this week from customers who are angry that their controller didn't ship immediately. 5 of those tickets included angry threats such as: "we'll see what our youtube channel thinks about this", "we will never order from your crappy company again", and "I would like to know if you are going to send me my turbo or refund my money."
I am always curious how the other mod shops deal with these customers. Nobody is honest about posting their build times up-front. We USED to do this, but honestly gains you nothing from todays' "me me me" generation, so we buried our shipping notification deep on our customer service page (just like all the other mod shops).
