Purchased Controller

I just purchased a controller from Viking on Friday i was just wondering when it would ship and if i'd get a tracking number for the package.

Viking ships controllers the day after they are ordered i believe.
and yes you should recieve the tracking number in an email.

I never got a tracking number, apparantly because the email system had a few glitches but the controller will get to you super fast. If you ordered friday and monday was a holiday I bet you get it Tues, Wed the latest.

Not any more, my wife does a lot of the installs and the packing and shipping, we ship the next business day if you order by 5pm - if you order on a Friday we wouldn't ship out until Monday. (we used to ship Saturday's but I think we were going to end up in divorce if my wife had to work weekends any more lol)

We have hired some installers to help us out, depending on their schedules, down the road we might be able to bring back shipping out on Saturdays.
