Question about battery type

I know regular batteries are much better for the Macro controller compared to the plain normal Microsoft rechargeable battery pack as Odin says those things put out less voltage or power compared to regular batteries.

But just 1 simple question..
Are "eneloop" rechargeable batteries "ok" for the macro controller ??

It will work fine i use the same batteries you listed. rechargeables run out somewhat fast but will save u $$$ the long run. If u have 6 rechargeables u wont ever have to worry about running out of battery power. They last longer than the Microsoft rechargeable battery packs but not longer than regular batteries.

I personally find anything to be better than the Microsoft rechargeable pack

I find this article interesting although I'm not sure I agree with the graph they provided based on my experiences.
