Two days ago you spent alot of our time trying to help you flash it with macro software and a macroset. Now its a Ragnarok....Uh...you have probably bricked it.
On the Ragnarok, when you plug in, open this software, what do you see in the red circle?
What Windows operating system do you have?
Is it a Windows PC and not Macintosh (VMWare, Bootcamp, etc. virtual machine)?
If Windows XP must have service pack 3
I cant really diagnose the problem specificaly but in my opinion it looks like that there might be some wireing issues in the 3.5mm jack. Also new jacks can be a tight fit. Make sure that the jack is inserted all the way in as far as it can go. I have to say this as trying to rule out possible issues that i cant physically see to rule out. Again this is just my opinion. Ill leave it to odins expertice to diagnose the problem.
Ssorry for all the troubles! Your YouTube video are wonderful - very good way to show the problem - I was just very confused by what I saw I have not seen this problem before. Glad it is working on the other PC!
