ragnarok issue

He must have two controllers, I saw one video wich is deffently a macro controller, and then I saw the white USB ragnarok wire in a second video

Hi

On the Ragnarok, when you plug in, open this software, what do you see in the red circle?

What Windows operating system do you have?
Is it a Windows PC and not Macintosh (VMWare, Bootcamp, etc. virtual machine)?
If Windows XP must have service pack 3

If two controllers don't work, I think your PC is the problem :-x

Can you try a different PC?

I cant really diagnose the problem specificaly but in my opinion it looks like that there might be some wireing issues in the 3.5mm jack. Also new jacks can be a tight fit. Make sure that the jack is inserted all the way in as far as it can go. I have to say this as trying to rule out possible issues that i cant physically see to rule out. Again this is just my opinion. Ill leave it to odins expertice to diagnose the problem.

It's working now. I tried on my friend's pc. I think my computer has. Microsoft .net problem. Thanks............everybody

Ssorry for all the troubles! Your YouTube video are wonderful - very good way to show the problem - I was just very confused by what I saw :) I have not seen this problem before. Glad it is working on the other PC!
