My Ragnarok worked wonders not the functionality is gone.. It only appears to cycle through a mode if you hold down the tact switch. (literally hold down the tact switch w/o pressing any other button the 4th led with begin to cycle). It seem to cycle nine blinks but no functionality of rapid fire or anything. I am debating if i should send it in or purchase a new one. the support guys are good but done want to waste money on shipping to buy another controller anyway

Sorry forgot to mention my troubleshooting. I replaced fresh batteries. click the reboot mod chip and nothing.

It sounds like a hardware problem to me. If you hold down the mod switch (without pressing any other button) and it's cycling, it sounds like one of connections is short circuited, or, failed open, in either case sounds like a hardware issue that they can only fix back at the shop :-( (Open up a ticket and they will get the return info arranged)
