RROD XBOX 360

Ok so my xbox has the 3 red rings, and it is very weird.. it is very inconsistent and has the rrod sometimes and sometimes doesnt . it also doesnt read discs. Does anyone know a good tutorial on how to fix these. Help would be apreciated. Thx.

As far as the problem with not reading discs, search for the pot tweak or DVD pot calibration tutorial on google. Basically you can increase the power of the laser on the DVD drive to try to get more life out of your DVD drive. Depends on what model and vintage DVD drive you have if it's worth trying the pot tweak or not.
