Rune Recordings are blank

I'm pretty sure I'm doing this correctly but every time I tried to get my recordings from the controller the recording is blank. I go through the steps of hitting the 'record' button and the top LED's flash red, when I'm done I hit the record button again to get it to stop recording. I sync the controller to my computer and pull the recorded file to my Rune files. From there I click on the rune # to view it but it will only show the buttons I press or movement I imputed in the left column, but the Time Bar has nothing in it. Any help would be great, thanks :)

Thanks for getting back to me, I amazed somebody replied all this time. lol Yes I have it all updated. Since I wrote this post I tried I was able to get my Rune Recordings to show up. I have no idea why it wasn't working before, I did nothing different, so who know... Thanks though. :)
