"S-Hand" or "No S-Hand"?

Hi, I was just wondering what "S-Hand" or "No S-Hand" means and what does it change? I'm new sorry.

S-Hand means run sleight of hand, and No S-Hand mean you don't have to run sleight of hands

Yep. On Call of Duty games, there is a perk called sleight of hand. Use macros that say to use it, otherwise use macros that you don't need sleight of hand if you don't want to use the sleight of hand perk.
