Safe to Open My Hammer?

hi everyone. i just want to say that i am totally familiar with opening up controllers. im done a lot of it and have the proper tools. but i was just wondering... is it safe for me to do it? my warranty is already expired so that not a worry. but im asking if i open it up, are there too many wires that i will get confused in the process? i just want to open it to clean the shell and analog sticks and stuff. im not gonna do any rewiring or anything complicated. i just wangt to make sure im not gonna get confused while im doing this.

As its a hammer and has no wires attached to the shell (unless you got the 3.5mm jack?) then it should be fine to open & you shouldn't run into any problems if you have previous experience with opening 360 controllers
