you can buy the ragnarok chip from other retailers around the web for $20 and DIY

Yeah we are going to be making some changes to the product line-up. Eventually our goal is to move towards where we only sell Macros and Berserkers. The send-in service was something we were doing just to try to pay the rent. Send-in service ends up being a break-even proposition for us in the long run at $50.
