I submitted a service ticket this morning in reference to an issue involving the right joystick on my PS3 Ragnarok controller. i have the lighted joysticks and something came loose in there and it is binding the movement of the stick. I am curious as to how long it takes to hear back from someone. i have been relying heavy on this controler and I paid a lot of $$ for it, so the sooner i get this dealt with the better.
