So I am getting a new bike from this dude I met off Craigslist that lives pretty close to me, he is selling 2 2008 Kawasaki Ninja 250r one is his(black) and the other is his fathers(red), they both have about the same low mileages, mods, and both look spanking brand new. Now I am debating which color I should get. I'm big on looks so I have to be able to look good for the ladies. (; I drive a black Mercedes Benz cls c so right now I'm leaning towards a black bike to match my car, but I really do like the bright red, since it really stands out.

I will also be doing a lot of bike riding with my father because it's something we can both do together as a hobby since we haven't really spend time together much now that I'm older, he's been riding bikes since he was 5. This is his bike 2006 RVT1000 aka RC51. Either color will look good next to my father's bike but what do you think?

Honestly, I like the black. But what mods does he have on each? are they the exact same, or is one better than the other? Upgrades, and aftermarket parts would make my choice more than looks, because they are the same bike so they really dont look different.

Yeah that's what I'm leaning towards right now to match the same color as my Mercedes but I don't know. They are both great looking colors, especially bright red and I usually don't even see a lot of red colored cars, friend of my drives a red Mazda 3 and it looks gorgeous. Hard decision for me right now, I'm not going to lie.

@Krier023 Has exactly the same mods, everything is identical and the only reason the guy is selling it is because he bought himself a 2009 CBR600 and his father I guess doesn't ride anymore. I mean I plan on moving on to a 600cc bike next year but I just started riding this year and my father's bike is way too powerful for me to handle, I'm trying to learn how to ride on this bike so I can improve my skills. In the end it will one day save my life.

Yeah. Ive been riding since I was 8, I am 15 now, and have driven a ninja 250. It was quick, and i loved riding it for the 30 minutes around the neighborhood. haha. It is a good idea to start out on something like that, then working your way up though. I just like the black on things. especially if it is a shiny black like on the ninjas.

Yeah the best thing about this bike is that I can drop it since the bike is very inexpensive(which I doubt I will drop it), $3,000-$4,000 for a 2008-2010. I was going to start off with a Yamaha R6 but I rather not drop it since those are a bit more expensive then the ninjas, I have seen people drop bikes going 5MPH smh lol

My father actually doesn't like the bike I am getting, he wants me to get something faster/powerful, he thinks they are garbage. -__-

BTW you don't drive a motorcycle you ride. lol
