So, they won't repair my controller ?

Well, I didn't do anything to it. It's just that it's not as responsive anynmore and sometimes it just skips. Never opened it before

This thread has been locked. The support ticket in or system has been updated.

We have never denied repairs, except under the two circumstances below:

1.) You are not the original owner.
2.) The warranty sticker has been removed.

In this case, Pastorreyes was not the original owner. However when I reviewed his support ticket, it was not clear to me if he bought it third-party or if it was a gift. Pastorreyes, if this was a gift from family or friend, could you update your support ticket with the original order#? We can still service the controller. If this was a direct gift to you we can treat you as the "original owner".

If you purchased this third-party from places like e-bay or craigslist, we will not be able to service the controller.
