We have never denied repairs, except under the two circumstances below:
1.) You are not the original owner.
2.) The warranty sticker has been removed.
In this case, Pastorreyes was not the original owner. However when I reviewed his support ticket, it was not clear to me if he bought it third-party or if it was a gift. Pastorreyes, if this was a gift from family or friend, could you update your support ticket with the original order#? We can still service the controller. If this was a direct gift to you we can treat you as the "original owner".
If you purchased this third-party from places like e-bay or craigslist, we will not be able to service the controller.
