Anyone Knows A Store Or Friend in NY Manhattan that knows how to solder because I did soldered the chip good but to put it in the controller is one of the biggest challenges in my Life if anyone got hints they would be greatly appreciated

Yeah, per the tutorial you're better off sticking the modchip to the microsoft circuit board FIRST, then running all the wires to the chip. If you just solder a bunch of wires to the chip then try to stick the chip in later routing the wires is impossible. Each wire needs to be cut the correct length and routed per the photos / 'keep out areas' to avoid being pinched when closing up the controller.
