Tac switch broken?

my right bottom first tac switch is stuck down and wont pop back up, i havent even used the controller yet since i have a broken hand.

any ideas? anyone else had this problem? id really hate to send it back right before i get the cast off my handd and the pins out >.<

Try taking a tweezer and pulling it. Don't try overly hard as you don't want to break it. Move the tac left and right a bit too. Sort of wiggle it. Try pressing it down 4-10 times after doing this. I did this with my controller and it worked.
Please do not make the problem worse. Be very careful.

yeah just tried that to no success :/ like it wont pop back up at all, maybe a broken spring?
i dont know how the mechanism works and i deffinatley dont know enough about the controller to want to take it apart.
