when i put AA batteries my controller works but when i put the rechargeable battery pack it wont connect to my xbox :shock:

Yup.... That makes sense..... If you have taken the time to read other threads about this same problem then you would have already known that about 7 out of 10(this is a very educated guesstimate) Microsoft Battery packs do not work with the Viking360 Mod.... I hope this isn't too upsetting of news too be dropping on ya :mrgreen:

Without looking at specs, I would say that they are the exact same... Those packs are just a knockoff Microsoft battery pack!

Yes. That is what we recommend that our customers use! Just make sure you go with a nice name brand of rechargeable AA batteries, and try to stay away from any cheap knockoff wannabe the real deal Chinese rechargeable AA batteries.....
