Guys, the point isn't whether or not it's supported, it obviously is. Pretty much nobody buys a modded controller and doesn't use it online.
If you're afraid of getting banned on xbox live, don't be. Microsoft has stated multiple times that they don't ban people for using modded controllers.

Come on OBO.... Super-Moderator, you should know what to say about stuff like this.....hahaha...lol

How many times have you heard E' say that these controllers are not intended to be used for online game-play....
I know it may sound corny and your right M$ wont go after users but lets say one day M$ goes on a power trip
and goes after mod-shops..... Making any sense at all yet??

Sorry, I should have worded that better.

"Technically Viking360 doesn't support online usage of the Macro Controllers for liability purposes, so if you or anybody else gets banned, Viking360 isn't liable."

However, 99% of the people that use these controllers use them online, and like 90% of the macros are designed for online play. So if you want to use the controller online, you're not going to have much difficulty. <-- This is what I meant by "supported" earlier.

Sorry Fredrew, I know I'm a moderator and all, but I'm gonna be straight up with people, I hate just repeating **** that should be common sense. Obviously you can use the controller online, and the chances of you getting banned are literally zero percent at the moment. Besides, I'm pretty sure there's a T.O.S. that people have to agree to somewhere when purchasing the controller and it says that you accept viking360 isn't liable. Besides, Microsoft ain't gonna go on a power trip, they've seen the results of what happens when companies do that. Case and point, their biggest competitor Sony, lol.

Excellent post obo. Very well said.

Microsoft's current ruling is that modded controllers are an accessory modification. Not a hardware modification. Under their current terms, modded controllers ARE allowed on online, and to date no one has been banned for using one (that I have heard of). Another reason microsoft cannot ban you is for lack of proof. There isn't proof you are using one, as technically it is button presses allowed by the game. They leave it to the game developers to limit things like rapid-fire and such.

Microsoft may change their ways in the future. I can't see why, as nearly 60% of online users use some type of modification to their controller. Microsoft isn't going to ban 60% of xbox live, as money > all typically.

As microsoft may change how they feel about modded controllers, therefore we at Viking360 don't support online usage of any of our Modded Controllers for liability purposes, so if you or anyone else gets banned on xbox live, Viking360 isn't liable.

On our website, "Viking360.com does NOT support or endorse the use of these controllers on XBOX Live. When purchasing from Viking360.com, you are purchasing a "modding service" which is the pre-modification of a controller (the "controller" itself is free with the purchase of this service). We then mod an existing controller from our inventory and ship it to you ready to use."
