Tried to order a Macro and Tyr's Hand last night but ran into some problems...

Website said address didn't match So I tried to type it in a 2 more times (Maybe I had missed something small)...Each transaction was declined (there was no indication that any type of transaction had gone through) Until it just said "Card declined" and pretty much shut down.

Went to the ATM this morning to withdraw the money (and put it on a pre-paid credit card). The balance reflected me being charged the total amount ($402.00) THREE times! So I went inside of the bank to see what my options were. The bank manager told me there was nothing they could do and it is up to you guys to either release the funds or approve the transaction. I am in no way *****ing or blaming anyone. I realize this is most likely my fault and would like to resolve the issue the quickest way possible. I called your number and it advised me to make a support ticket. I can't log on to make one because I haven't received any type of confirmation email or invoice.

Anything I can do? i would like to get this order completed as soon as possible due to the fact that I know the Macro is on limited quantities. I also have surgery coming up next week due to an injury at work and I would like to have the controller to help me pass the time while I recover :confused:

I wish I could help you out but the best thing is to email einar he is the owner and he can help you out.

My bank is telling me that someone from Viking or Authorize.net needs to call and approve the refund. Otherwise I am **** out of luck. What a ******ed hassle my bank is causing

Authorize.net declined all the transactions on our end, there's no option to approve the refund as they are reporting it as a declined transaction. :-( I'm almost going to start advising people against trying to use debit cards since banks seem to keep ridiculously long holds on declined debit card transactions vs. traditional credit cards.
 
Like i said in my email...THANK YOU for your patience and AWESOME customer service!!! I realize that this was my problem but you did what you could to help me out. The 10 day hold of my 1200 dollars ends tomorrow! Although I had my knee surgery last night and I'm stuck in bed. I will have my gf pick up a Pre-paid credit card and get my macro ordered!
 
I just ordered a Viking Macro and a Tyr's hand!!!. No problems whatsoever with the Pre-Paid Visa gift card. It's paid and waiting to be shipped!!! YYYEEAHHHH BUUUDYYY! :)
