Website said address didn't match So I tried to type it in a 2 more times (Maybe I had missed something small)...Each transaction was declined (there was no indication that any type of transaction had gone through) Until it just said "Card declined" and pretty much shut down.
Went to the ATM this morning to withdraw the money (and put it on a pre-paid credit card). The balance reflected me being charged the total amount ($402.00) THREE times! So I went inside of the bank to see what my options were. The bank manager told me there was nothing they could do and it is up to you guys to either release the funds or approve the transaction. I am in no way *****ing or blaming anyone. I realize this is most likely my fault and would like to resolve the issue the quickest way possible. I called your number and it advised me to make a support ticket. I can't log on to make one because I haven't received any type of confirmation email or invoice.
Anything I can do? i would like to get this order completed as soon as possible due to the fact that I know the Macro is on limited quantities.
