Trying to find out info on order

I ordered Thor’s Hammer XBox 360 Rapid-Fire Controller on Aug 25th 2010. I received an order confirmation and my credit card was charged but I have not gotten any shipping info. Can anyone help me with contact info so I can find out what is going on. Thanks

You probably entered your email incorrectly or your spam filter stopped the tracking info. Post the name from your order and we can look up your order and tracking information and post it here.

We could not verify that we shipped your controller out - no shipping records in our system!

On that particular Thursday morning after you ordered, my wife had a medical emergency and I took her into the emergency room around 4am. She was laid up all weekend and I took two days off from my day job. Our employees covered for us (usually my wife issues all the shipping labels and packing receipts), but they missed two orders. We've found TWO orders from the Wednesday that were never printed - and never shipped!

We are shipping out the order via overnight express today, tracking number to be posted here as soon as we assemble and ship your order!!!! Controller should be there tomorrow! Can't apologize enough for this. Wow!
