Tyr's Hand not working...akimbo shooting only left side

So I just got a used Tyr's hand and it worked great yesterday. Today however it isn't shooting the same in MW2 and the akimbo is only shooting the left side. I'm trying to see if theres an easy fix to this like a reset before I tell the guy I need my money back...

Try reflashing the controller with the same preset.
