updates problem

i got my new rangnarok yesterday .Every time i try to update it says " could not determine the bootloarder version your controller .Please disconnect and reconnect the controller before proceeding . " I tried severel times . please help

Hello there. If you just received it yesterday then already you have the latest version and there is no need to update.
