Hey my viking keeps freezing probably every minute or so and i have to turn off/on to get it to work. It doesn't matter what page its on it just freezes on any of them. Even at that it dose not always work after i do that, sometimes i must turn off/on many times. I am pretty angry if its a hardware problem if I payed $230. I don't think its a software problem heres my vks. Dont thinks its a battery issue either.

Let me know what you think

Sounds like you are using bad batteries and or bad firmware.

Step 1: Insert brand new fresh batteries, nothing rechargeable.

Step 2: Close the viking software.

Step 3: Download Firmwareupdater2 and the firmware. Here: http://viking360.com/download-software- ... back-moves

Step 4: Watch this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d5oVuclvuoM

Step 5: Add back your .vks

Step 6: Go to xbox and see if it still freezes.

Make sure you are using brand new, fresh, non-rechargeable batteries.

Stick with it irsninja, if you end up having to send it back there is a 90 day warranty that covers free repairs for modchip problems, modchip wiring problems, defects in either or defects in the stock controller.

Don't worry, if your modchip failed they will fix you up and you just lose on the shipping. They probably just throwing up a screen since it's rarer to have one fail so long after it was sold but it's been known to happen.
