Viking Forge username and password

So I have an Xbox One Berskerker programmable controller and I finally have the time to play video games, so now it's time to figure this thing out. I downloaded the latest software with "BerserkerForge.exe" inside. I open the .exe and it prompts me for a username and password. I tried my store email and password but that didn't work.

If I need to be issued a separate username and password to use the forge app, how do I do it?

If you contact support ( start a ticket ), then they will supply you with one. Have you checked your junk folder, sometimes it seems that systems see the e-mail a junk, anyway, you should have received a notice e-mail when you bought the berserker of your forge sign in details.
