Viking360 Controller "Connecting to Software/Editor

Ye i was wonderin if you can help me out on how to get my viking 360 controller connected to the software or w/e it is so i can import n export Macros , It says Disconnected on the Viking Modifcation Screen , Pls help .

Unplug your controller then put brand new AA batteries in it. Once you do that then hit the start button to turn on your controller and you should see pink and purplish LEDS start flashing. You then plug your controller into the software and wait a few seconds and it should recognize your controller.

Can you please explain better? Do you have a viking 360 macro controller? 6 Tac switches? If not, please let me know before you proceed.

Hold your stary button and unplug your battery pack while still holding start insert your battery pack in and keep holding start once done you should connect
