Yes, did try everything possible. I think it is a problem for 64 bits users.

odingalt said:Well I think it is at least a Vista problem. Here's my guess, please let me know if you think this is wrong:
Windows XP: Works great (must have installed .NET framework)
Windows 7: Works great (no need to install anything extra)
Vista 32-bit: Work for some people, not for others? (possible requirement to install vcredist_x86.exe)
Vista 64-bit: No go
I am enlisting the help of a professional programmer, I am a rank amateur at Windows. I'm a king at microcontroller coding, but when it comes to multiple-o/s compatibility... well microsoft doesn't make that easy for anybody.
I do have it installed.odingalt said:If you are a windows XP user, the same rules apply to VikingFlash as applied to the old hidbootloader.exe You have to install .net framework first.
Yeah is the normal HID bootloader still available through the driver folders? I accedentally deleted my old one.kristianz1 said:I hope this will be fixed before the working beta version is out OD !

first extract the file to your desktop.
then right click on hidbootlder.exe
then click properties.
next click compatibility.
then you are going to check off "run this program in compatibility mode"
then select windows xp service pack 2.
hope this solves the problem
