not really. In my case i just turn off my router for 5 minutes. Turn it back on, and bam. New IP address

ok thats another way but my PS3 xbox and my laptop dont auto update the IP so then i would need to change alot of settings.....so personally F U C K getting a new IP address unless i need it

There are hundreds of proxy servers that change your ip for only what is in that web browser window. THey don't mess with anything, and they're really easy to use. It's basicaly go to a proxy site, type the url intho their bar, and you're at that site with a different ip.
