want to neutralise press right stick action

Is there a way to create a macro that will stop the press right stick action...I want to re-assign the press down action to a tac button but when I do,the right stick still operates if I press it....is it even possible ????????

Here you go Jim i seen a thread that NY Jets did with a LS neutralizer and i swapped it to RS tested it and it works so here it is

How is this even posible? Jim, Have you tried this feature?

I will have a go if I get time this weekend. But it is my understanding there is no way to cancel the actual button presses on the controller. this is due to where the macro chip takes control of the controller signals. To propoerly do this, it will involve cutting and rewireing traces.... ODD

Yea I dont know how to explain it in words but i tested this out in local match in BO2 and it disabled the Knifing mechanism in default and the prone setting in tactical. I just stumbled across a old thread of NY jets were he made a LS canceler and i thought why wouldn't that work with RS then i tried it out and it worked!? I think maybe the whole cancel out a button press thing may only apply to the A,B,X,Y, LT, RT, LB & RB buttons. I know as crazy as it sounds but please try it out and tell me how it works for u. Like i said i briefly tested it in a local match and it worked perfect for me. I couldn't knife or duck when i switched to tactical mode. I wont sit here and claim i know how the macro chip operates but i will say that this macro did definitely work when i tested it out in local match.

Have tried it now on halo4...my rs is the melee button...what I found was that first press in game it still did melee,after that it didn't...unless I died,then it worked first press melee again....not perfect,but better than before...as I dont understand how it works,then cannot adjust it,so will carry on using it unless matt improves it.....thanks again brian...

Yea i noticed that as well that it will knife one time then it wont work after that. Realistically Im positive that's the best it can get and im sure its livable to deal with considering not having it!

LOL It sounds like the macro is holding the button after you press it. Ill download it and check it out.

yep, the macro is just holding the button for 0.5s. Havent tried to use it

Pretty crafty though wouldn't u say! I was surprised when i tested it. I know u cant override the primary functions of the controller but u can sure enough trick it to being locked down after u use it one time lol. Oh this is why I love the macro its so much fun testing different stuff seeing what u can manipulate out of the software.
