x button wont work

hi, ive had an odins raven for a while now and a little while ago the x button stopped working, ive always treated my controller in good condition so i dont know why its stopped working, i tryed to see if i could reset the buttons on it but the 3.5mm jack isnt working either its not saying im connected to the computer, so what should i do?

i tryed to make a support ticket and it wont let me log in and im not getting the email for some reason to reset my password
