Xbox 360 Silver Controller

I was told this was more sensitive on the analog sticks. Basically a 3-sensitivity on a silver controller is really 4, so you'd wanna turn down from 3-2 if you had this. I don't know, just heard it somewhere... anyone have a silver controller? Just wondering if the analogs are more sensitive... because I'm used to the reg analogs. I'd love a more sensitive option though.

Aren't the same motherboard(cg2) so I don imagine they could have different sensitivities but let's wait for someone with a silver controller(or Odin he's got lots lol) to post their thoights

Lol i mean the new analog sticks are different, they pick up better = different sensitivity... its a GOOD thing. But just wondering what people think.

Well I pretty much told you that this isn't the case. It feels a bit smoother but the sensitive is the same.

Thanks. What about the analog stick difference, are they better? feel better etc? Easy to get used to?

I haven't played with the new silver controller, but when I picked one up I noticedc that the thumbsticks themselves are actually a different shape than the 'new' black controller.

The new analog sticks feature a concave design with a ring "nub" around the inner outside surface, much better than the old design. This helps your thumbs from slipping off. The analog sticks new design also seems to give you more accuracy, you'll feel it once you play with the controller. I also love the texture of it, the controller NEVER feels sticky or sweaty after long gaming sessions unlike the original controllers. I'm also digging the color scheme (silver/black), has more of a mature look to it, I love it. Overall I feel like this is the best controller Microsoft has released so far.

Kind of wish I waited a little bit longer for the macro to arrive on the new redesigned controller, might end up selling my Viking on eBay for $200, since it is practically brand new and has only been used for testing purposes only.
