Controller... Eh.. Acting up?

Just wanted to update the public on this ticket, we had Tyler mail the controller back a second time, here's my wife's response from 3/7/2011:

"Hello Tyler,
We have received your controller and have replaced the mod chip in the controller and have completely retested the controller and it is working fine now. We are shipping the controller back to you today via USPS 2 day priority mail. Your USPS tracking number is 9410 8036 9930 0016 5798 13. You should receive the controller later this week.
Viking360 Support Staff"

Hopefully this fixed it, I haven't seen any new tickets or forum posts since 3/7/2011 so assuming Tyler is off rockin' and rollin' with his (now working) macro controller! Sorry for all the trouble!
