Unfortunately even though they would be more than capable, Viking will refuse to do it, the time/ cost of repair/replacement of the stick module is such that a new controller is basically a cheaper option, that's why I attempted it myself, I had nothing to lose really.

Hi Odin, I have used multiple usb hubs, non of which have ever connected to the berserker, always have to connect directly to the pc usb.

Cozmo, I have that same issue on Destiny with the pause on burst fire weapons, tried many times and many ways to remove it, never yet succeeded, perhaps that is your first challenge, good luck and good gaming, the berserker is a superb piece of work, glad you like it.

Suggest that you look at "avg" for your anti virus, although I now use the pro version, the "AVG Free" is superb, and no issue's with the Viking software.
