Well if it works I suppose, very messy end result and your warranty is now zero. Surely adapting the adapter would have been a better prospect ?

I did succeed, major issue is though, you have no chat capabilities at all, and there is no way round that. To be honest, though it worked, it was a laborious process to sync the controller every time you switched the xbox on, so I gave up and bought the berserker.

Trying to create the perfect anti recoil for the THORN hand cannon on Destiny Also for the FATEBRINGER hand cannon Thorn is more important though ANY ONE UP FOR TRYING TO CREATE ONE PLEASE Cannot seem to get it quite right, still getting up and right drift.

I fixed my stick drift, had to replace the stick module, no issue with it at all now. You need to be adept with a solder iron though.

Ha Ha, I actually like the "merge" effect on this occasion, it has created a sort of a smorgasbord of the original multi posts, easier to read, and it doesn't matter who wrote what really.

I have just received the new version Berserker, as soon as it arrived I reprogrammed it with the version 4 firmware (only for the new berserker), loaded a rune pack for Destiny, PRESTO, it works perfectly. I had to rewrite my rune pack, but only to change the tac switches round to suit my game...

You misunderstand I think, this not the new switchable paddle version, its the original berserker with the solderless chip, but with the new paddles, hope that makes sense, lol

Looking forward to this one arriving and seeing how the differences are. It has the newer solderless chip in it, program port has been relocated, AND, I have the brand new "type 1" paddles fitted to it. So, Viking does it again, yet more innovation to improve what is already the best controller...

Couldn't be bothered with swapping everything over so have binned it, will order another berserker.

Just finished the second berserker, sadly it was a FAIL, not the part I expected though, stick worked perfectly, lost the left trigger, those 4 tiny solder points dissolved when I removed the Viking wire, looked with a magnifier and it seems the board circuit is damaged, don't see a way to fix...

DONE IT !!!!!! Removed and replaced left stick 3D module .... Removing the miniscule Viking wires though was easier than I thought they would be, de soldering the module and removing it from the board was the hard part, patience and a gentle touch though, and of it popped. FEELING VERY SMUG AT...
