Try moving your wire one pad over on the tac #1 pad on your mod chip! That should make the options button work!

From what I see the pad on the mod chip for tac #1 (mod button) is more than likely solder to the ground pad. There's the actual volt source pad and the ground pad. If the options button isn't working (as the mod tact) then just solder the site one pad over on the mod chip on the tac #1 pad...

I haven't tested to much but I find 10.3 spa works great with semi auto pistols and the semi auto sniper. I figure it should work well with the shevia as well.

Yea got it maxed out. Its pretty cool. All I need is one tactical equipment for opperation. It slows if your sprinting when using it but fires at speed when I slide with gun go perk. Grounded weapons of course make it hiccup.

Yea that's beast. I can't get the rag to fire like that. I can get it a little faster than rapid fire but not as fast as yours. Your about 2 seconds faster on unload time lol.

It takes the studder out of the auto due to the pause between the 6 shot burst. Also there's significant speed increase in the time it takes to empty a clip. I'm positive it's only benifical. Most burst weapons in this game are full auto anyways.
