You only see problem threads as people who don't have issues with the controller don't tend to come on the forum praising their controller (ok well some do :P). I think the problem percentage with controllers is around 2% at the most and maybe about half of them are user & software issues...

With issues like this you should open a support ticket here; http://viking360.com/support/support-tickets Simply log in with the account details that were provided to you when you purchased the controller and open a new ticket.

There are 2 shipping options. Normal & express. Normal will be a week and a bit tops and express is 4 days I think but if the UK mod shop doesn't do the order (may be overwelmed with orders etc) the package may be subject to custom charges, as it will be coming from the US.

Also as you live in Norway your controller will be shipped from the UK so you *shouldn't* encounter any custom charges!

I'm afraid there isn't. However they will repair your controller if it does develop a fault after the warranty has expired for a small charge.

I didn't see any ad :S Does it still do it after using it for a while? When I made a macro just for the LEDs which was like a rainbow I remember if I did it when I had just powered the controller on they wouldn't show up very well or they would just be red (instead of whatever other colour)...

I think it's a issue with power, my controller does the same but once it's been on for 5 minutes they all light up perfectly. Try a some more batteries maybe?
