That was a custom macro controller I built/sold to someone!!! The dopiest thing about that controller, well besides it being a V360-Macro, is that its a normal stock M$ shell with the guts of an XCM light-up shell in it!!! Thanks for the props dude!!

Your right about the bad connection...... The D+ and D- wires can be switched (which is bad because it will not work, and give error like you had!) by the installer not connecting them to the proper solder points on the V360 board.... D+ and D- on the Viking360 board are your data connections...

This is a controller problem.... The good news its all located in one area; the jack! Either you have the D+ and D- connections switched. Or either one of them is a bad connection. Quick question, did you do what E' asked you to do on another thread about plugging the cable into the jack...
