Standard TDM is 6 max, ground war has TDM with 9 per team as well... I played once on MW2 for 10 minutes in CTF with just me and one guy against a full team, it was rediculous. It was OK though, because the other team sucked so I got tons more kills than I would have with my team being full.

Oh, connection speed is a big deal on the slow end... My rapidfire works only reasonably well online because of my terrible internet. I often can't use say the ACR either, lag is really bad for me. If you have a good connection it should work fine though, assuming you're using the right speed...

Actually, pretty sure PC versions have different fireing caps, because anyone can max them with a mouse really... The COD 4 PC version certainly feels different in that respect. Also, the auto aim is pretty much non-existant, aiming is actually really hard with a joystick.
