It might be your Battery Pack, they seem to degenerate over time, mine can barely hold its charge for more than 20 minutes nowadays. Try some AA's and see what it's like and then we can conclude whether it's the Battery Pack or maybe the controller itself.

I don't think things get stopped in customs if they are sent within the EU, as I never have to fill out a custom forms to post anything to anywhere else in Europe. I'm willing to post pretty much anywhere as long as the buyer covers the additional shipping charges.

Hi - I don't think this is possible due to the way all the controllers are wired up.. Have you tried changing the controller settings so B is knife, and Right click is crouch? might be a little more helpful
