Well it was starting to annoy pretty much everyone.. And as far as I can tell they have patched it, I had an update around 1 hour ago and now I can't seem to do it. There also seems to be a lot less care packages falling from the sky aswell :P

Hi, I'm 99% sure they make the controllers up straight away after receiving your order, if not the next day. When the controller is shipped you should get a email containing the tracking information :)

Soldering a couple wires to make the lights work. "PCB" Printed circuit board - Just means the electrical part of the controller, the board with all the electrical stuff on.

That would be alot easier as all it involves is removing the PCB and placing it in the XCM shell. However if you are getting a Light up XCM shell you may need to do some soldering...

If you prepared to redrill the holes and install the buttons again, then I don't see why not.

It does come with one Red Thumbstick and a Red Dpad, However if you have PS3 sticks on it, they are both black. Hope this answers your question.
