The only game that can produce no recoil is rainbow six.....but ALL mods make the guns have no recoil(must be in single shot mode though).

Put rapid fire for mw2 in slot 1 and put akimbo mode in slot 2 and turn them both on and you will get rapidfire for both triggers :)

oh and evil can not reduce recoil.....to reduce recoil you would need to actually modify the game.
