What you see in some videos is things people got with the macro controller. The raven is a lesser controller. It doesn't come with all the extremities I guess you could say. The controller itself is good though you say, so enjoy it!

Did you open up the controller? If you did, you voided the warranty and Viking360 will not repair it. Fredrow may be able to.

The viking controller can use macros. What exactly do you do in GTA4 that makes flying better? The viking controller can also use a macro that rapid-fires. So you can fire faster in GTA4. Not sure about online.
